I have not seen one of these in person but after reading some reviews and looking at the specs on HP's website it seems to me that the $799 would be better put toward a decent laptop. The tablet has an Intel Atom processor and is really nothing more than a touch screen netbook which is to be expected for a small tablet. One feature I really like however is the ability to use it as both a touch screen device and with a stylus. Still I'm not paying $799 for it when I can buy the small 11.6 Alienware m11x gaming laptop for the same price. In my opinion this is probably a good tablet but way to expensive. For this price you could buy a 16G iPad and a netbook.
