PS3 3D Update causes issues with some Blu-ray movies

Earlier today I put my Sunshine Blu-Ray movie (it's a sci-fi space movie for those of you who haven't seen it and a good one at that) and during the second chapter the PIP commentary window pops up at the lower right corner of the screen. I didn't remember selecting this option so I go back to the root menu and try playing it again from the beginning to no avail. After fighting with this for some time I turned to Google to see if anyone else had experienced this. I found several links to other pages where people had posted similar problems one of which a person had posted the same problem with the same movie http://boardsus.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-3-Updates/Firmware-Blu-Ray-bug/m-p/46244849 . From what I've read it's an issue with the last update we received. I've tried dumping the Blu-ray cache, which I had none for this particular movie, and fighting with the disc menu. Hopefully Sony will fix this in the next update but for now I'll have to put this movie back on the shelf.
